The project was for redevelopment of the existing heritage listed Pyrmont Fire Station and included refurbishment of the fire station and seamlessly integrating new 3 storey extensions for office personnel. The structural design required seismic strengthening to an Importance Level 4 Post-Disaster Building.

The project was awarded as the winner in the excellence of urban renewal/adaptive re-use category at the UDIA NSW Awards for Excellence
