Situated in the coastal suburb of Merewether, Newcastle. The project was completed in 3 stages over 3 different levels of the structure.
This project is a two-story facility with conference, office, and maintenance areas. A partial demolition of a heritage building with façade alterations, a wash bay, a highway police parking space, and a vehicle holding bay are among the other exterior buildings.
The project consists of 3 buildings situated on the main arterial road though Drummoyne and backing on to Formosa Street. A 6 storey mixed use commercial and residential development, it also contains 2 storeys of boundary to boundary basement carparking.
